These Terms govern use of luminalitygroup.com and, where authorized by Luminality Group, the Luminality SERP Forecast application. By using the website or application, you agree to these Terms. Separate written client agreements control if they conflict with these Terms.

Permitted use

The website provides information about Luminality's services. The Luminality SERP Forecast application is an internal, authorized decision-support tool. You may use it only for lawful business purposes and only with accounts, data, and credentials you are authorized to use.

Forecasts and analytical outputs

Search, advertising, and financial outputs are estimates or analytical aids, not guarantees. Google Ads forecasts may change with market conditions, account context, bidding assumptions, budgets, dates, and Google's methodology. Outputs require professional and business judgment before action is taken.

Google services

The SERP Forecast application communicates with Google services under Google's applicable terms and policies. Luminality is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Availability of Google data and features may change, and Luminality does not control Google's services.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Access an account or data without permission.
• Attempt to bypass security, usage limits, or access controls.
• Use the application to violate law, contract, or third-party rights.
• Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Misrepresent forecasts or analytical outputs as guaranteed results.

Ownership and confidentiality

Luminality retains its rights in the website, software, methodologies, documentation, and branding. Clients retain their rights in information they provide. Confidential information is handled under any applicable client agreement and professional obligations.

No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website and application are provided "as is" and "as available." Luminality disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the website constitutes legal, tax, investment, or advertising advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luminality will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the website or application. Any liability governed by a separate written client agreement is subject to that agreement.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue website or application features. We may restrict access when necessary to protect data, systems, users, or legal rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
